Dynamic Flow

Overview

Strengthen, stretch, tone and relax at this mixed level class that is suitable for everyone. “Vinyasa” means to flow with the breath and this is, quite literally, what you do in this dynamic, considered class. Learn how to connect with the rhythm of your breath as you move through a series of postures, including warm-ups, sun salutations and standing poses, inversions, backbends and twists until, finally, you move into stillness for a deep, deep relaxation. No two classes are ever the same – and as no two students are ever the same, there are always modifications to suit any ability.

Janine

Janine has been practising yoga for over 20 years and teaching since 2005 after qualifying with The Yoga Academy to become a BWY and YA instructor. She has since undertaken numerous trainings and combines many different styles of yoga into her classes, but ultimately she loves a good vinyasa flow. Janine is also an experienced, fully qualified prenatal and postnatal yoga instructor and has a background in hypnobirthing. She believes yoga is for absolutely everyone. For Janine, yoga is about more than just the physical poses. It’s about moving and breathing, breathing and moving, and finding that connection that brings you back into your body.
