Perhaps you’ve never done yoga before or it’s been a while since you stepped on a mat. Maybe you have an injury you need to mind or you might simply want to go back to basics. This gentle introduction for yoga is for everyone, whatever your age or fitness level. We will start with the basics – breathing techniques, relaxation methods and  yoga postures –  and there’s plenty of guidance and support along the way so you can find what feels good.

Amanda’s yoga journey started in 2012 when she took her first yoga class. Yoga quickly became a huge part of her life and a wonderful way to manage anxiety and depression. Through yoga she learnt to connect to her body and breath like never before

She undertook a 200 hour yoga teacher training with YTTC in 2016 and has been teaching ever since. She particularly loves teaching beginners and restorative style classes. Through practising self-awareness and connection, students will focus on gaining strength, stability and flexibility in a beautiful, safe environment. Oh, and laughter and smiles in class are encouraged! After all, they’re great for relaxation!
