Slow Flow

Overview

Here we have your Wednesday wind-down session. If you want to relax and unwind with a slower, mindful class, this is perfect for you. This is still a vinyasa class, as we learn how to move with the breath, but we go slow, steady and deep, plus there’s plenty of guidance and options along the way so you can find what feels good. Suitable for all levels, including beginners.

Janine

Janine has been practising yoga for over 20 years and teaching since 2005 after qualifying with The Yoga Academy to become a British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance instructor. She has since undertaken numerous trainings and combines many different styles of yoga into her classes, but ultimately she loves a good vinyasa flow. Janine is also an experienced, fully qualified prenatal and postnatal yoga instructor and has a background in hypnobirthing. She believes yoga is for absolutely everyone. For Janine, yoga is about more than just the physical poses. It’s about moving and breathing, breathing and moving, and finding that connection that brings you back into your body.
